We want you to have the bathroom of your dreams and to ensure that happens we give you our best attention throughout the entire process. We know how much your bathroom means to you (we’ve all been through it with our own) and we understand that your ideas or your needs may change. And we also understand that sometimes you’ll need us there to answer questions and offer advice too. Although we do this every day, we know that this is an important decision for you and we treat it that way.

From your first visit to our showroom in Coventry to your decision-making, home visit and final tighten of the taps – we’re there with you! Not only that, but we’re there after too. We’re passionate about our services and products, and our bathrooms carry our honour and passion. We want you to enjoy them and use them as you dreamed you would.
We offer a thorough aftersales service to all of our customers regardless of the age of their bathroom. Should a problem arise we’ll be there on hand to help. We very rarely have any issues after the installation of a bathroom, but many of our products need expert advice or demonstration and we’re more than happy to offer you our expertise whenever you need us.

Gary Heath - Director
Although Gary is responsible for the running of the business, most of his time is still spent dealing with the customers which is his favourite part of the job. Planning, designing and providing the clients with their ideal relaxing bathroom or shower room. The rest of his time is spent running the business and overseeing the other departments. This includes the continual upgrading of the showroom with the latest innovative designs and products.

David joined us in 2022 and has quickly become part of the team here at the showroom. His main role is to run the showroom & planning and designing client’s ideal bathroom or shower room. He also makes his view known to the rest of the team with regards to showroom designs and what products should be on display. He has over 16 years’ experience in the in the industry.

Andy
Andy has been with Alan Heath & Sons since 2021. His role within the company is to run the office we all work from. He will be regularly seen, checking clients’ specifications over, ordering the goods to come in well in advance of the renovations to be started, making sure they arrive, resolving any issues with the goods, sorting the returns, running the day-to-day books for the company and basically making sure we are all doing what we are supposed to be doing. He has over 21 years’ experience in the industry.

Mark– Installation Manager
Mark has worked at Alan Heath since 1990. Mark started as an installer and worked his way to the installation manager but also assists in designing and planning bathrooms. Having worked at Alan Heath & Sons for so long he regularly designs replacement bathrooms for customers we worked for 30 + years ago and updates them now to suit their current requirements. Marks main role is to organize the renovations and makes sure the installation teams know exactly what they are up to and on what days. He is also the go to guy if you are having any issues as he will be able to assist you in getting any issues resolved.
