We often get asked if we do everything when it comes to renovating a bathroom and we always answer with a resounding “Yes!”.
We know how important it is to own the whole renovation from start to finish. This way we’re in complete control and we ensure that nothing happens without our knowledge or control.
Sounds pretty onerous, doesn’t it?! But we know from experience that the weakest link is always the one that lets the side down.
This is why we offer everything you need to renovate your bathrooms.
- We strip out the room
- We remove the old tiles
- We take down all paper and damaged plaster
- Then we re-plaster the walls and ceilings
- We have carpentry skills which include: installing new walls, (or moving of walls), skirting boards, doors and door frames, architraves and loft hatches.
- And of course we fit the new bathroom suite, shower including power showers, shower cubicle and everything to finish off your new bathroom
- And w tile the walls and floor, and fit wall hung or floor standing vanity units.
We’ve also had the training on the correct way to fit the shower pumps. It might seem fairly trivial but the electrics in a shower pump are obviously very important to get right – water and electrics don’t mix!
We’re Part-P Registered (you have to be by law to work on electrics) so this also means that we provide the electrical certification when the work’s completed. You’ll need that if you ever come to sell your house thanks to some recent legislation.
We carry out all the tiling of walls and floors with our expert tillers.
We fit wall boarding and have our in-house Karndean flooring fitter. (Have you seen Karndean flooring – it’s fantastic!) Karndean have fitting courses to make sure that their product is always fitted to the highest quality and our guys have been trained on their courses.
We even have the waste license needed to transport rubbish. This means that we’re allowed to take away all the rubbish from your renovation and you’re not left waiting for a skip or a third party. When we leave the site, so does the waste!
The only thing we don’t do is decorate. We leave the gloss paint or wall paper to the decorators. We also don’t fit sheet vinyl flooring or carpets – you don’t want an unhygienic carpet in your bathroom do you?!
We’re very proud of the fact that we do 99% of the work in-house and that we’re able to control the whole renovation so you only have one hand to shake when it’s completed beautifully!
